Short Wedding Dress

I am looking for a pattern or dress in a short 1950ish style. All the stores are carrying what i want in various colours for proms, but none of them have it in white. It`s almost knee length with the crinolin showing just a touch underneath and has a empire type waist with a bow or flower in the middle. Oh yeah, and it`s strapless. Can anyone help me? Even a picture would be nice to take to a seamstress. Thanks!
