Outside Location For Very Small Wedding

I would like a outside location in New York City for the renewal of my wedding vows.
Very small party, bride, groom, 2 guests, officiant and photographer.
Location only needed for one hour.
Also would love to have dinner & dancing afterwards.
Can anyone help date of wedding 25th November 2008.
