Santa Clarita Wedding Under $5000

We are trying to plan a wedding somewhere around Santa Clarita, Ca. It doesn`t have to be in this valley but somewhere around it. My main concern is the venue and food. We are inviting about 100 guests but I`m sure only half of that will come because majority are out of state. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
