13th Birthday Party!

Hi, i am turning 13 in 2009-- i know it is exstremly early but oh well! I want to do a makeover party and have about 12 or so girls come and have each one pair up and do each others hair and makeup. Iprobley just maybe have over $150 to spend on everything! So please tell me some stuff... Activities- I wanted to also do a fashion show and if they stayed the night the next morning we would jump on the trampoline and ride my horses... But should i do a sleepover?
