House Of Brides - Beware!

I was reading your postings as I was calling House of Brides in Schaumburg to make an appointment. Sadly, I am going there in hopes they will have a sample of a dress I saw somewhere else that I just want to try on. The receptionist was rude and when I called her on her rude and dismissive tone she couldn`t respond. I flat out asked her if her tone and attitude was what I would expect from my experience at their store, to which she said, Is there anything else. I asked her if she wanted to reassure me that I would have a better in store experience and I can only guess she doesn`t since she just re-asked if there was anything else. I had previously had a horrible experience with the store when I went with my mom two years ago to try on mother-of-the-groom dresses and they were supremely rude to us and we walked out after 5 minutes in the store. I have low, low expectations for tomorrow`s visit and hope only that I make it long enough to try a few dresses on before I get fed up and walk out.
