Wedding Chair Covers

I am trying to find ivory folding chair covers for 140 people for July 26th wedding. Would there be any way that I could get them for 1-2 dollars. My fiance` is in bootcamp and we are on a budget so that we don`t go in debt over a wedding. We want our reception to look elegant and beautiful. Also we need 20 tablecloths at a reasonable price, we want ivory cloth not plastic and everywhere we look they are like 30 dollars and up would you have any for 1-8 dollars, also if available then we would like cloth napkins pale pink 140 for a reasonable price.
