Cheap Baltimore Photographer (or Student) Needed

A friend of mine is getting married on July 26, 2008 and hasn`t hired a photographer yet!!! She is on a really really really tight budget. We will need photography for about 5 hours starting at 3:00 p.m. This would be a perfect opportunity for a student or anyone looking to get into the wedding photography business to build their portfolio. It is a intimate yet elegant outdoors wedding. Please help!
