Planning My Wedding On $5,000.00 Budget

I`m trying to plan my wedding, but I live in Southern CA where *everything* is expensive. I want it to be a beautiful party for friends and family (and me and my fiancee) but I`m having a hard time finding locations that won`t cost me a small fortune.

Can anyone help???
