Personally I would do it when the Money is right.. If you really wanted to do it on your anniversary than wait until the following May... Who cares if it is the 10 or the 11th... Do what makes you happy... And you do not need any one legal to preside over this either .. You may need some wedding ceremony suggestions.. But you can go on line and find an nice out line.. If you want you can e-mail a local officiant and ask them to send you a sample of ceremonies.. Or have them make a ceremony for you ...
