Country Winter Wedding Feb 2010

We are gradually planning our wedding and are currently looking for a venue that could accommodate around 100-125 guests for a ceremony/reception. We are nature lovers and are fond of winters in upstate NY. We have been dreaming of finding a historical barn or elegant inn or arts center for the setting. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
