KATHERINE MACDONALD NO SHOW

Any Brides Worst Nightmare!!!! What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I had a trial run with Kathy about 2 months before my Wedding. I was pleased with her work and she seemed like a nice girl, so I booked her for myself and my bridal party on my Wedding (a Friday). I spoke to her periodically to confirm the date and time of my wedding, as any Bride would do. The last time I spoke with her was the day before my Wedding (Thursday) to coordinate a time that she would meet me at my house. We agreed she would be there between 11:30am and noon. The next day (My Wedding Day) I began calling her around 10:30am to make sure she still had directions and that she was going to be on time. She REFUSED to answer her phone!!!!! I then had 1 hour to rush around and try to find someone who would do my make-up for me, before the limo was at my house to pick me up, which all Brides know that you want to do a Trail Run to make sure the person knows what they are doing. What a HORRIBLE experience to go through on your wedding day. She then decided to call around 1:30 and spoke to my Matron of Honor which she proceeded to inform that she thought my Wedding way the next day…..ARE YOU SERIOUS????? She was not at all concerned about trying to get to my house (Which anyone who had honestly made a mistake would do) and she never even called to apologize to me…..What a MEAN and HORRIBLE thing to do to someone on their Most Important Day EVER………..I would NEVER EVER use or REFER Katherine MacDonald to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
