If you are getting married in NYC--you have to get your Marriage Licensed in NYC-and you have to find a wedding officiant who is registered in NYC as well...

If you get married outside of the city it is easier...
March and April wheather wise is a bit unpredictable..
You could have beautiful spring weather or you could end up with snow.. So I would just be perpared for either..and since vendors are usually slow at this time of year it would give you more room to negotiate prices from reception to catering, and photographer...
