Infections?

I`m not sure what shot you are talking about, but if you mean Deprovera (or however you spell it), I think infections are typical of any birth control....it just has the effect on some women and is not uncommon, and is likely to stick with you so long as you keep taking the birth control. Ask your doctor about switching to another method that has lower levels of estrogen. As for antibiotics, I thought that made things worse as far as those kind of infections go.....antibiotics can give women infections as well.
