Easy To Make Chair Covers

Please help me I am desperately looking for simple instructions on how to make easy chair bags.Having a beautiful wedding is every woman`s dream.I don`t have the money to hire or buy chair covers but I pray that God gives me a beautifully decorated wedding.We don`t have money to make big things but I am praying that I get the wisdom to decorate my own wedding with the things I want.Help me.Thank you and God bless you
