21st Birthday

Well I`m starting to think of ideas for my 21st birthday. The only positive.....I have until May 19th.......of 2009!!! So I have time left, but as usual I`m starting early. My parents and I have a budget as does everyone else but mine is strict. Does anyone know any money saving tips? I was thinking even Hollywood Bash, Masquerade Ball, or Casino Themed so far. The invitations I am making myself so thats already price cutting as well as the party favors. I`m not really worried about the decorations that much. I think the venue, food/drinks will be the biggest thing. And I really dont want to have it at my house. Does anyone know a nice club or venue thats in New York or New Jersey? Thanks for any help I can recieve.
