Alvina Valenta Couture Wedding Gown, New With Tags

This is a beautiful couture Alvina Valenta wedding gown, Style #AV9701 brand new with tags, size 12. It has never been worn. I am a street size 8 (wedding gowns run small and are not the same as regular sizes). I bought the dress from the Ania Collection in Portland, Oregon for my May 2008 wedding. Due to a change in venue, I have purchased another gown. Someone else should have the opportunity to wear this lovely gown on their wedding day. The gown is an ivory silk duchess satin soft fluted gown. It has slightly lighter colored spaghetti straps, a "V" neck bodice accented with the lighter color silk duchess satin band at an empire waist. Flower, bow, and streamers accent the center back bodice. The back has beautiful covered buttons and loops over the zipper at center back with a sweep train. I spared no expense on top-quality alterations for built-in (and easily removable) bra cups, and the French bustle. The care and quality of the alterations was top-notch and done by the bridal shop where I bought the dress. Other details of the dress: This dress retails for over $2,500. I am the original owner of the gown. More pictures available by request. The color of the dress is amazing and so flattering. The picture shows a dove blue sash, but mine is ivory to match the gown.
