Horse Carriage Or Limo?

Hi, prom is approaching fast and we decided that we want a horse drawn carriage or a limo to take us to our event. Although, Prom is going to be at Rockaway beach (Oregon Coast), and we are having troubles finding one in or around the area. If you know where we can get one or the other by May 3rd, we would all be sooo thankful!!!!!!!!!!!!
