13th B-Day Party

I am a 13 year old guy who is a party goer.For 13th b-day parties, kids in my grade have dance parties.theses parties are usually at the same place (Bobby Jones Clubhouse). I wanna have like a dance party but at a cool,different place.I have a late birthday(august 22).It dosent have to be a dance party, but i want to invite boys and girls, and theres no way to invite them without it being a dance party or is there?????Help me!
