Prom For Seniors(elderly Retirement Group)

Hi all of you expert senior prom planners, I am an Activity Coordinator for a Senior Retirement Community and I am in Dyer Need of great Ideas!
My Seniors want to have a Prom and I dont know where to start as far as picking court and such can you please HELP!!!!!! ME!!!!!!! With Ideas!!!!!!
