Granddaughter`s Quinceanera

My granddaughter just let us know that she would like to have a Quinceanera Celebration. This is my problem, is there a non-denominational ceremony for this celebration? If so, could you tell me what the ceremony is like. Also I seen the traditional Jalico, Mexico dress, along with the sumbro and I can`t find the pattern for that either. Someone out there please help me. Thank you. Marie
