Wedding Help

My fiancee and I are getting married Sept. 27, 2003 and we are thinking of doing it outside. We have been thinking about Public Gardens or Leighton Dillman Park (across from Aldernay Gate), does anyone know if these places are avaliable to get married at?
As well, if anyone has any other park ideas in the Dartmouth area as opposed to Halifax, other then Shubbie Park.
I am also wondering if anyone knows how much it might cost to rent chairs, about 130 of them.
