Dress Fabric Stpucchi

I`m writing from Israel and i need some help.
I fell in love with dress nomber 9264 but only with the fabric of the upper part (the one one with the flowrs).
Im getting married in october and i have someone who is willing to make this upper part for my dress but only if i can find this kind of fabric because we dont have anything like this in israel.
