Sweet Sixteen

I am looking for ideas on how to make a doll centerpiece for a sweet sixteen...i live in the state of wa. And they dont really do that over here or sell it......i am originally from tx. Where almost all quniceneres or sweet sixteens have the dolls as centerpieces..please answer me asap and give me a website where i can get ideas from....the sweet sixteen will be in july 2008 so it would be great to get an answer asap thank you
