Name After Divorce

RIGHT ON Jo!!!! My boyfriend is livid that his ex-wife who by the way LIVES to make our lives miserable continues to keep his name and still refers to herself and has others (school teachers, etc) refer to her as "Mrs. (my boyfriends` last name) This is almost 3 years after the divorce!!! AND she has a steady live in boyfriend! They have 3 kids, but I had two kids and was divorced twice; i`ve resumed my maiden name and my kids (now grown) were NEVER confused about who their mom was and are not axe murderers or have psychotic episodes (surprise!)
She even has gone as far as telling her daughter (when she was 6; she`s now 9) that SHE is indeed a (Boyfriend`s last name) by BLOOD! Daughter is completely confused and is very proud of HER last name. Has even asked when I will become a (boyfriend`s last name) I don`t intend to marry ever again or assume someone`s last name!! I think this ex-wife is keeping the name intentionally to aggrevate boyfriend and to live in the past. Obviously the pretense of moving on is not working! I can only imagine how her current boyfriend must feel!
