13th B-Day Ahhhhhhh!

Ok so my b-day is in 3 months (june 27) and i have no idea wat to do and i wanta cool small party like a cruise or like going to universal or somethin or i want like a big party at the beach but i haven`t asked my mom and if she says no i have no ideas. This party kinda has to be inexpensive and the only way im going to universal with like 5 friends is cause we have family that works there. So if you can help that would be great thanks!
