Name Change

If you are asking when you get divorced as soon as you get the certified copy of the name change then you can change everything back. I went through this 7 years ago and I had it stated in my divorce that I was taking my maiden name back, then once I got the certified papers I was able to change my name. I guess I should mention that is how it worked in the state of North Dakota.If you have any other questions you can leave me your email.
