Fear Factor

Heyy everyone, im having a spring break party with some friends ( 14 and 15 yr old girls) and i wanna do a fear factor type thing , my brother is having his 13th bday party the day after and i think wants to do the same thing with his friends. So does anyone have any ideas of things we can do ( we are gonna have groups of ppl and no elliminations, but points for each thing). Thanks for any ideas!
