Sign In Boards

Hey, im 13 and im getting confirmed on sunday june 1st 2003. After going to all my jewish friends bat mitvah`s i wanted one so bad! but my mom doesnt wanna spend all the money. Instaed im juyst having a small party, but my church wants me to make a sign in board, i am making it myself but i want it to be really nice with my picture in the center and my name someone on it. How should i go about making it and with what?! im short on time so please reply qiuckly!
