Water Lily Center Peices

The reason why is that water lilies are a very delicate flower and require special handeling. First of all water lilies will close up in the evening. The only way to keep them open is to drop small amounts of candle wax down between the petals. When Patty Nixon was married at the White House many years back each water lily had to have this done to it. They are very unpredictable flowers. You can find very life like silk flowers on the market. They will vary in price depending on the detail of the flower. I have had them in my shop before and they also rott very quickly if not handled properly. Good luck to you.

I did want to say it sure is refreshing to see someone doing something different than eifel tower vases and ostrich feathers. I would also suggest if you want the water lily look you can always use tropical foliage with a lily flower or something like a spider mum to kinda give you the same feel.
