Catering Hall For Sweet 16 Birthday

Hi everyone
My daughter will be turning 16 next year I have to start preparing now so that I will be ready by next year. I am having some problems trying to pick a hall/place to have her event. Her theme is ROCK and she will be having her pre-invitation party at the Hard Rock Cafe in NYC. I need a place to have the event. Im looking for a place that is beautiful inside and outside. My daughter and her friends will be arriving on Harley Davidson motorcycles so the outside must look presentable. I have been to some places and the outside was not pretty. Can someone help me in finding a nice hall/place to have my daughters event her in nyc. Manhattan or Bronx.
