Speeches

Hi...I read your blogs on party pop. How do you write a speech for someone that you do not know and what is your fee? I am very interested in having someone help us...I am worried that it will take the emotion out and the sincerity but my writing skills are terrible. I can`t afford a huge amount to spend on this but I do want my husband to give a speech that will have the congregation a little teary eyed...thanks to anyone who would like to let me know....
