Banquet Hall Rentals

I am pricing vfw`s for my wedding/reception in september. There`s one in tinley pk for a pretty decent price but when a hall tells you it can accomidate 200 people yet it looks like it won`t hold more than 100, what`s the catch? does anyone have any suggestions for locations in the south suburbs. Thanks.
