Yo Im 13 And Didnt Have A Party Yet!!!!! HELP!!!!!

Hey!!!! i just turned 13 like 3 weeks ago and im DYING 2 have a party, but i kinda have 2 do it my self..... I want a small one (3 girls 2 boys) but i dont know where to have it.... Im thinking of having it at the movies and have cake ice cream and pizza there then come to my house and chill..... But i want other options just in case.... Dose any one have any ideas of where to have a small party cheap enough for a 13 year but still totally kool??? PLEASE!!!!!!!!
