Chocolate Fountain Anybody????????

Hi! I saw a picture of a choclate fountain in one of my bridal magazines and thought it would be a great idea for the Hor D` Oeuvres hour with fresh fruit on the side.
Does anyone know about how much something like this would cost and where I could get one???? And, I am wondering if anyone has been to a wedding where they had one or are having one them selves and how it turned out!!
Please let me know. I love the idea!!!
