Groom In Black Or White Tux???????
We havent picked out the guys tuxex yet and I have seen a couple weddings where the groom is wearing a white tux. I think my fiancee would look better in black but now I dont know which way would be better to go. Just curious to see what others are doing, and what others think about it, Thanks!!!

I guess either is acceptable.....I haven`t seen too much white though. It seems you saw more of it a few years back. But whatever you F/H would be comfortable wearing is what you should go with. I personally think black is much more formal looking...but I could be totally wrong.

Actually, I agree with you. Black is much more formal looking, I was just thinking about him standing out from the other guys, but if his boutinear is a different color that should do it. Thanks! Black it is!!!

My fiancé will be in black, probably with a different colour vest than the rest of the groomsman. However, my dad wishes to wear white, which is no problem with us. As the dad, he`s allowed to look different.
Another question though - my fiancé`s thinks his own dad has probably already purchased a suit. I think that`s going to look funny in the pictures, with everybody else in a tux. My partner doesn`t think so, and doesn`t really want to bring it up with him, doesn`t think his dad will care if he stands out. What do you all think? Is this going to look weird?
Thanks,
K

My fiancé wanted to wear a white tux and I hated the idea, so we went to the tux shop and the owner had a fabulous idea. Black pants and shirt with a white jacket and white tie. His look complements mine and he definitely stands out, just a thought
