I NEED WALTZ IDEAS

Hello.....My little sister will be turning 15 soon and I was wondering if anybody had good ideas for any waltz that is different and not long or boring, Im looking for help because about 4 1/2 years ago I had my quinceanera and we didnt really plan anything so it was kind of sucky, dont get me wrong, I appreciate everything that was done and all the people that helped me out but I know that if we would have organized it with more time it could have been better, so if any of you have good ideas let me know, Im interested in a Waltz, and decorations or centerpieces and on some nice recuerdos too. Let me know any of your ideas, I will truly appreciate it. Thanks
