I have a bit of advice for you on this subject: save your money!

When I first started planning our wedding, one of my big concerns was covering those awful plastic chairs in our hall.

As time passed, costs added up, and the appearance of the chairs became less and less important. I looked into the price of chair covers here in Canada, and it would be about $3.25 per cover to rent. For our wedding, that would be over $400 spent, for something that wouldn`t even be ours once we were done.

I thought about what we could buy with a few extra bucks, and the chair covers became a great deal less important. After all, are your guests coming to see the chairs, or you?

Of course, this is just my opinion. I feel that my guests aren`t going to care much if the chair is covered or not. Your situation may be different.

For us, crappy food would be an issue. But I really do feel that guests are not going to be insulted if the chairs aren`t covered . Cover the chairs for the head table, then spend the rest of your cash on something more important!
