HELP: Personal Payment Options???
I am considering buying a second hand wedding dress from a private sale. The seller lives in another city. How can I pay for it and be guaranteed to get it. I don`t want to send a money order and get nothing! Can you do paypal - if is doesn`t get shipped to you will paypal back you up (refund you)? It isn`t on ebay - so it is not so simple. Any advice?

YES..paypal will allow you to file a dispute if you are unhappy with a purchase or don`t get what you paid for, but you must do it within 45 days of making the purchase for them to help. Go to their website and look for their policies: www.paypal.com If the person you are buying from is on PayPal as a business person, they have a rating system too. JoAnne
