You should consider contacting a wedding coordinator in your area. I personally have a relationship with a caterer that would do a beautiful dinner for around $42 a head. In the end paying for a coordinator can save you a LOT of money. They have been researching all this and have found the best prices and have built those relationships to get those prices. That`s why they are worth it.
