Blotches From The Sun! Help

Can anyone tell me how I can cover up blotches that I get from sun poisoning. By the end of the summer after being in the sun I get white spots on my arms and back. I am getting married in Aug. I am trying to stay out of the sun as much as possible, I use sun block, ect... But I know that I will still have some by Aug.Tanning just brings them out more, and dosen`t cover them. I don`t think body bronzing will work and alittle nervous to do that. Any help would be appreciated. Also if I get over heated, nervous,or hot I get red patches around my neck. I am a walking mess! Please help!
