New Monique Lhullier Dress

I put down a $4300 non-refundable deposit on a Monique Lhullier "Ava" size 6 dress. It`s all lace and strapless. The total cost of the dress is $8600 and it will be arriving in NYC in a few weeks, unless we switch brides, in that case we can have it shipped directly to you. The shop ordered a size 6 for the bride who is usually a size 2-4.
I am trying to recuperate some of this deposit.
