Mod Theme Sweet Sixteen

I`m having a super cool Sweet Sixteen that is months away but I need to start planning now. The theme is Modern, where everything is white and all the little trimmings and decorations are pink and black zebra print. My dress, is also pink and black zebra print. Well, I`m just giving a little inside information because I need a place to rent that will fit my theme. I need a place in Manhattan, New York City and I need ideas for food and such. (I was thinking maybe sushi) I`m having about 100 people coming so I really need to impress. Can anyone help?
