I found it in Orange County Couture Bridal Store for $5765.00. I got a discount though of 5% off because it was during the trunk show, so it came out to $5476.75 (not including alternations). I even spoke with ines di Santo`s daughter, Veronica, whom told me the story about the dress. Veronica designed the dress for her wedding last year. The dress was made especially for her and when i fit the dress infront of her she showed me how the dress should be worn. It was Fabulous!!! Plus the color it comes in (3 types) the one i wore and chose is called "almost pink" which was FABULOUS!!! At night it looks Ivory, but during the daylight it has a hint of pink. Veronica told me that the dress train was made to look like a seashell, which it does! Goes perfect with my body (form fiting and mermaid look) The crystals are phenomenal on the back and front. I bought it. I couldnt wait for the dress makers to come calling.

Hi, thats crazy i am buying the same color too blush...well i haven`t bought it yet cause i`m trying to see if there is any way i can get it cheaper or find a dress that will be close to that so i don`t have to spend the money...but i think its going to be tough...where is your wedding? and when?

Exactly - Blush! Love that color. I`m getting married in August in Newport Beach, CA. How bout you? They said the dress would take the designer 4-5 months to make 9in Canda), so Im cutting it close to August with alterations. Im not looking forward to the alteration prices. Just some advice, I`ve looked everywhere for a discount from here in Southern Cali to Canda. People from Europe tell me that they come here to the USA to get it cheaper, and they told me I was crazy for beggin for a discount, because it was already inexpensive at $6000. Since the dress is soo brand new, no one wants to give a discount. I swear, i even begged some stores to give me their sample! But no... No one would budge. Good luck in getting a great price! I bet you will get it for like 50% off : ) I`m hopeful for you!!

You know my first dress that i was "suppose" to get was almost similar.. "almost"... But it wasnt that low of a back, but im sure a seamstress would fix it to your likings. It was gorgeous too!! If i couldnt get the Nica, then I would get this and redo the back to drop low. You can take a look at it... Www.maggiesottero.com its called Amara Royale. Here is the the link to the photo. It`s red in the photo, but I got it in ivory/pewter. Take a look... Maybe you`ll like the alternative gown, it was only $800. Here is the link. I don`t know how attached you are to your dress but I was thinking I would sell mine after i bought it at least so i could get some money back...but i don`t know...would you be open to renting it to me or we could split the cost of the dress then sell it? and split costs...it sounds like we are the same size...what do you think? you can email me also...here is my email.

Sorry, I already promised a local buyer I would sell it to her after the wedding at 95% of the cost that I had bought it for and thats including alteration price. I do apologize. Good luck though! I`m sure you will find a great deal for the dress.

If not, is there anyone who found the dress cheaper or would like to strick some kind of deal?

Also, how/who do you contact about selling a dress back to a store?

Any info will help, please! I love this dress sooooo much

Did you find a dress maker? I had my dress made by the Bridal Outlet World. I would recommend them highly. I was very nervous about ordering over the internet. I had them make my dress which combined a demetrious style dress and a mary`s bridal dress. Style I wanted was priced for $2,200.00, they made my dress for $625.00. Just received it a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job. You can contact Pam on the internet, send her a picture of the dress and she will give you a price.
