14 Years In March Help

I am turning 14 in march and i need help !
I dont want anything lame but i am gonna to have a sleepover at the end!!!! but i really dont want everyone to be board!!!! and its still to cold to do anything like a pool party or anything!!!! help!!!!!! i have not had a party in along time and i want it to be an amazing party
But it can be anything very price like dj and renting a hotel it has to be amazing!!!!!! and it is not gonna to have more than 20 people it might have less most likely so help please
