When I copied and pasted this letter that was shared above on to a word document it copied the background as well but I wanted to share how you can remove that. You go to the Format tab on the word document and it was at the bottom for me it said "Clear Formatting" and boom the background is removed and you can edit as you please. Hope this helps!
