Polka Dot Wedding

My name is Tequilla, and I am planning my wedding for September 20,2008. My theme is polka dots and I can`t seem to find a gown or bridesmaid dresses with polka dots. The colors are black and white. If there is any one that can give me some advise that would be more than great. Thanx
