Caribbean Destination Weddings

My fiancee and I are planning a wedding in Jan. 05. We had been looking at Belize. Ambergris Caye to be exact, but the cost is not cheap. We are looking at around 35 guests at our wedding. Any suggestions about some safe, affordable destinations that don`t take forever to get to from the east coast???

Try the British Virgin Islands (a ferry ride away from St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands but much prettier).
