Plus Size Custom Made Or Couture Gown Wanted

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a custom made or couture style wedding dress in a plus size. I am about an 18w or 20w in womans sizes. I would even be interested in a designer inspired gown if it where of good quality for a resonable price. I have not seen anything really nice in the plus size gowns. Nothing fancy at all.
Pnina Tornai is by far my favorite designer. Although I could never afford her personally, I would love a gown similiar to one of hers. A 2 piece ,ball gown bottom with a corset style top, with roses incorporated into the detaling is my dream dress. My wedding is set for September of 2008 and any leads would be greatly appreciated.
