Help!

I am freaking out! my birthday is coming up on feb. 17th and it is my 13th. I really want to have my whole grade there because I really like them and I will be leaving them to go to highschool soon. I have given my mom ideas but it usually ends in a fight for each of them! I thought a dance party at my uncles but it is too far away, ice skating to expensive, water park to expensive, or roller skating to expensive. Also my mom doesn`t want to chaperone all the kids which is about 90 but I figure maybe 20 won`t make it so 70 I told her maybe some of my friends parents would do it but she won`t agree on it! I`m so sick of worrying about this! help!
