Help Im Turning 13

Im turning 13 and my parents are strict so I can only have a few people I cant spend A LOT of money and NO sleepovers I dont know what to do even with looking at the oter posts. So PLEASE HELP!!!!

My party is this weekend, and my mom asked me if i`m going 2 play like the Wii, and the PS2.....should i? Idk if it would go with the theme of a dance party.....and i might not have enough time. What should i do?
